Make praise familiar and criticism unfamiliar. Imagine speaking to another person out loud the way you allow yourself to speak to you!
Give your mind the correct direction.
Affirmations written down are a great jump start.
I write them on sticky notes and put them in my bathroom and car!
You might as well program in your mind what you want to see and feel in your life!! It is a trillion dollar industry making sure your are programmed the way BB wants you!
